Yes. The free plugin has no usage limits: unlimited contacts, saved segments and custom templates, and as many sending accounts as you like, each with its own daily limit, sending speed and automatic rotation. CSV import takes up to 5,000 rows per file, the same as in Pro. The free plugin contains no Pro code and no licence checks, so nothing in it is locked or waits for a key.
Yes. Optcatch Pro is a separate plugin, available from optcatch.com and not hosted on WordPress.org. The Pro features exist only in Optcatch Pro.
Yes. Optcatch Pro keeps your contacts, campaigns and settings, so you pick up exactly where you left off.
All three include every Pro feature for 1 site. Monthly ($3) and annual ($25) licences renew automatically until you cancel; annual costs $11 less a year than paying monthly. Lifetime ($80) is a one-time payment with no renewals: the licence does not expire.
You can cancel a monthly or annual renewal at any time in the Freemius customer portal; the licence stays active until the end of the period you paid for.
Your contacts, campaigns and settings stay where they are. A lapsed licence never locks you out of what you already have: for example, a scheduled campaign you already set up keeps its timing, and campaigns built on a Pro template keep sending.
A lifetime licence does not expire. For a monthly or annual licence that ends, Pro features are no longer available for new work until you renew. The webhook endpoint stops accepting leads in the meantime; your secret key is kept, so connected tools work again once you renew.
The free plugin needs no licence and runs on any number of sites. Each Optcatch Pro licence covers 1 site. Need Pro on more sites, or on a Multisite network? Email support@optcatch.com before you buy.
